Editor's note: When this manuscript first came to us we realized it had something to say. What you do with it and how much you do of it is your decision. Most of this manuscript had such poor English that we realized it needed a major grammatical "clean up." Many sentences were difficult to understand. There was no paragraphing. The spelling was beyond atrocious. Vocabulary was misused. It took several hours editing to make the manuscript into the book it is now.

As you will see, some paragraphs are left between bold quotation marks allowing you to get exactly what she wrote as written with no changes other than spelling corrections. The last few pages are similarly left as much "undisturbed" as possible. I have only corrected spelling and added paragraphing. 

I have left some parts of the work this way because this manuscript is more than just a study about how she pleases a man in bed. It is a look into the life and mind of a woman who has made her living as a prostitute for 30 years or more. This becomes a psychological and sociological "slice of life".

In its last few pages you hear her "review" in her own words with her own expressions, accents, and verbosity. Most interestingly you hear her "philosophy" however strange and twisted you may find it.

We have never handled a manuscript like this. It is infinitely more than a "how to" manual. It is a profound look into the psyche of a woman who made her living as a sex-worker. It is history and sociology, psychology, and philosophy. It is remarkable and amazing; it is dark American Ghetto literature. It is enlightening, and at moments even sickening in its depravity.

For the collector of erotic art and literature this is absolutely a piece that must be owned. The true collector will print it out on his computer printer, and then have it bound between covers at a local full-service print shop, and then read it, and keep it as a collector's item. IF you could find it in a bookstore I have no doubt it would be a very limited edition selling for over Fifty Dollars.

It is that kind of book. It is like lightning bolts from Hell. It is simply amazing!

The last few pages of this book are left "as is." It is left this way like a display in a museum. It gives you her direct words and the full flavor of who she is. You can read it and imagine yourself in her darkened room surrounded with rich colors, incense smoke, her black skin reflecting the sunlight streaming through curtains. You can smell the dust and see the dense air of outside Atlanta. You can imagine her with her lover doing what she describes.

Having read the last pages you will set the book down and realize, you have remained in your home; clean and comfortable. But in your mind you have descended into the cave of this woman who calls herself, "Dark Star, the Master Fellatrix." There is no other way that I know for most common people to have such an intensely intimate look at the life of these women who gaze into cars and stand too close to street curbs.
